What we collect
When you send the enquiry form, we receive the details you type in: your name, phone number, email address, the type of client you are, the services you are interested in, your project stage, your location and any message you add. We also receive the IP address your request came from, which we use only to block spam. If you email us directly, we receive your email and anything attached to it.

How it reaches us
The form is sent by email to our sales inbox, sales@safezonejo.com. A copy is also saved in a private file on our web server, so that your request is not lost if the email fails. That file cannot be opened from the website.

How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a site survey and prepare a proposal. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.

Who can see it
Our sales and engineering team, and the email and hosting providers that carry the message to us. We share project details with a manufacturer or partner only when it is needed to prepare your proposal.

How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry while we need it to answer you and to carry out any project that follows, then delete it, including the copy on the web server.

Cookies and fonts
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. A short session cookie is set only when you send the form, to protect it against spam. The fonts are served from our own server, so loading a page does not send your details to a font provider.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you at any time by emailing sales@safezonejo.com.
